Unable to update

I am unable to update Fusion and it won't allow me to open any of my files until I do so. I've restarted my computer several times and made sure that all software updates have been done. Attached is my diagnostic log and computer info.

@Anonymous I cannot open the pdf you attached. Can you please attach the logs as is? Did you try to reinstall Fusion to see if that helped? The logs files will still help if a reinstall fixed your issue.

@Anonymous The logs shows that you are on our March 2019 release. Unfortunately, we will not be able to patch update you. You can simply install the product again and that will push you to our latest build. You should be on version 2.0.9512 when you re-install the product.
