unable to sign in

so i bought a new laptop the other day and my first new app is fusion 360 however i am unable to sign in when launching the application, i contacted support and sent them data logs and a screenshot of the issue i then cleared the cache and uninstalled the software and re installed it 3 times now and still no use, it works on my desktop however it seems not to be compatible with my laptop. its a lenovo ideapad 1 with windows 11 on and a amd graphics card, support said everything was fine with the data logs yet i still cannot sign in
