Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Are there any unresolved issues indicated in your Timeline?

Are all of your sketches fully defined?

There is one issue unresolved. Im not sure about the sketches being fully defined or not.

Take a look at the Screencast.  Your model which is shelled to 1mm wall thickness is attached.
