Unable to set folder permissions on Fusion Team

I was just trying to set permissions for a student project folder and the setting doesn't stick. I have done this countless times before and never had a problem. Is anyone else having this issue?

The permissions for the Educational version work differently from core Fusion 360. 
Might be worth moving this thread over to the Educational channel.
