Unable to select sketch contraints, pattern etc

Hello I am unable to select patterns and certain things like horizonatal constraints, I can select a perpendicular constraints, I have this problem accross multiple different files.

It has suddenly stopped working I can select a newley created pattern but not ones I was using and selecting earlier with no problem.

I have tried turning on and off the selection priorities and restarted fusion with no fix.

Below is an example file, its a pretty simple sketch which I have attached I cant select the patterns or horizontal constraints.

Version: 2.0.11186

Active Plan: Fusion 360, Student

Windows 10 (19043)

Turn off/on constraint visibility.  It should then work.

This is a bug.
