unable to save file due to errors

I am combining two STL files to make one new fusion file. Unfortunately I am unable to save or export the new file due to errors. i do not understand what the error is trying to tell me so that i can correct the issue. the error is;

"the source asset FusionAssetName in document [name of document1] has not been referenced in the target asset FusionAssetName in document [name of document2]

Maybe including a screenshot of your part would be helpful? Is your timeline active? If so, try running a compute all and resolving any errors in the timeline.
