Unable to save any files

I have the student plan. Whenever I try to click Save it says synchronizing with cloud data, please try again.

Then I click again and the save button is grayed out, so I am unable to save my work at all. Next, I try exporting it and when I try to open the exported file, it says unable to open f3d files.

Normally when the Save icon is grayed out it means the file is saved and does not need to be updated.  If you make any change, does the Save icon light up?  Please attach your Fusion 360 file so the Forum users can take a look. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.
