@m_litwinczuk Can you please give us log files?

  1. Go to add/remove programs- select Fusion - MODIFY
  2. This will launch the service utility
  3. gather system info
  4. Attach the Fuiondiagnosticslogs.zip

@m_litwinczuk Ok . This helps. So you are able to launch it but then it does not connect to give you the modeling ready space. Let me check the logs.

Program is starting.

Asking to authenticate.

And after this... you have screens.

There is also a third state. Doesn't run - window is not showing  up but I see tool to report problem.

@m_litwinczuk There seems to be a filelock that could be causing the issue. Can you go to the below folder and check the permissions you have on that folder?

Filepath:***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Filelock

This is the folder that seems to be locked.

All files are created today. I've removed all files recently.

Started again. Still freezed.

m_litwinczuk_1-1763753504268.png

Hi @m_litwinczuk, all your recent crash reports seem to indicate Nvidia drivers as the root cause of the crash. That said, we don't know what's making the drivers crash. Is your 4090 overlocked? Is your RAM overclocked? If you are using GameReady drivers, have you tried Studio? While it's not guaranteed these are contributing factors, it would help to rule them out.

No, my card isn't overclocked, RAM also doesn't.

Before I've migrated to Win 11 everything works fine, without any problem.

I don't have situations like this with any game or program.

But - for you - I've reinstalled now NVidia Studio with clean install.

Still doesn't work. Same issues.

Problem solved. Thank you all for help.

The culprit is Mirilis Action. I've seen this happen before with some UE5 gamesit would start up and then crash after a while. Back then, I had to record in windowed mode (which worked).

However, I never had any problems with Fusion while working on Windows 10. Before updating to Win 11, I updated the BIOS to the latest version. From what I can see on Furmark, the integrated GPU was also active. I turned it off, but it didn't help.

However, I remembered about game recording. I switched Mirilis Action to window recording mode - and voila - it helped! I added Fusion to the ignored processes, reset the computer - and now it works without any problems.

Thanks for following up @m_litwinczuk! We have seen similar crashes in the past with other apps that hook into the graphics scene (such as to inject an overlay). While there is little we can do to prevent apps from hooking into Fusion, I will see if we can try to detect and message users of this conflict in the future.
