Unable to register and renew Fusion 360 license for personal use

Hello everyone,

My Fusion 360 license for personal use has expired and followed the steps like in the previous years to renew it.

When reaching the screen where I need to fill in the personal information ("Complete your Fusion 360 for personal use download") in the provided form, an error message is generated by the browser:

"Marketo form error: failed to load lForms 2.0 Marketo API."

After clicking OK, I am filling in the form, but nothing happens after clicking Next button and cannot move forward to download the new licensed Fusion 360 installation kit.

I have tried the renewal procedure on multiple browsers and also on mobile phone. Same error message, same result.

Please help!

Thank you!

I just went through the process up to the download page without issue.  I was using Microsoft Edge for the browser.  I suggest you clear your cache and turn off an Adblocker.

Thank you jhackney1972 for your solution. The Pihole on Raspberry pi i use for ad blocking, was the culprit. After disabling it, everything worked perfectly.

Thank you once again!

Same issue. No Pihole. No adblock. No VPN. 3 browsers. Cleared cache. No go.

This may be a service issue. I'm having the same problem at this exact same moment, considering you posted less than an hour ago.

And the same problem here. New PC, 3 different browsers (Edge, Firefox, Crome) all freshly installed. No Pi-hole, no VPN.

Hello, I have the same/similar issue. The form button for 'next' didn't work across browsers. It finally did on a Windows, but the license is still 'expiring soon', after mulitple attempts. Any ideas what to do? Thanks.

The first link worked for me:

https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/personal-download

Took me to a page with a 'Download Fusion 360 now' button,  that downloaded an installer which then downloaded and installed the application. (Some signing-in required)

That doesn't let us renew our personal license, only lets us download the app. Even if reinstalled, I still have an expired personal license and the app is stuck in read-only mode.

Hi all,

It looks like the form is, unfortunately, having problems again. We are rapidly working to resolve it. Right now, just to confirm, are you all experiencing an error message around "Marketo" when trying to submit?

Send me an email at james.youmatz@autodesk.com and I will manually fulfill this for you. Please include the email address associated with your Autodesk Account.

Thank you all for your patience as we work towards fixing this form.

Same issue here, only work around I found was to uninstall Fusion 360 completely, clear fusion 360 files from user\app data and then reinstall Fusion 360.
