I have a Problem to open a file. I follwed all 13 steps on the Troubleshooting page.

I use the pre-production version 2.0.12665
and the current version from Feb 22 is V.2.0.12392

How can I fix the fact that I can also open saved files from the pre-production version with the current February version?

Sascha, perhaps I'm misunderstanding your question.

But I think, that opening pre-production f3d files with a current version of F360 is impossible.

But only a few days are left for a change

I've been using the pre-production version for a while and we've never had any problems @WHolzwarth .. maybe someone can find out something from the log file.
It's just a guess that it might be related
