unable to open external files

Over the last few weeks I have been unable to open any external files these are STEP, STL and other file types. The files upload normally but when opening on file I receive this pop up: 

Please let me know if there is anything I can do

@anya.e.fearn This is likely that you are on a older version of Fusion. Can you confirm which version you are on? The latest version of Fusion is 2.0.17244. Updating to this version should eliminate the issue.

@RajkumarIlanchelian  Thanks for the responce, unfortunatly I am using this most recent version. Do you have any other sugestions of ways to fix this issue?
