Unable to open electronics library after update

Hi after I updated to 2.0.10440, I encountered this message when I tried to open a custom electronics library. I checked the previous version, but none of them allows me to open, I can only create milestones. 

What can I do to fix this? Thanks

Has anyone seen this before? I got this new message and I went ahead and open/close F360 at other computers I had used, but it didn't fix the problem. Thanks.
