Unable to make Pipe with no preview and OK button greyed out

I'm trying to put a concave bevel round the edge of a body (has been extruded from a sketch and then had a fillet applied) using the Pipe feature in Design.

I select the edge (chained), left the circular option and input 3mm but it then doesn't seem to do anything, just sits there without any errors or warnings and OK button is greyed out.  It doesn't say computing and have left it for a minute or so incase it was trying to complete. I've tried a few different dimensions, small to large and also tried it on other edges/bodies but the same occurs.

What am I doing wrong?

First time posting to the board, I've attached a screenshot but unsure how I can allow access to the project.

I have opened and closed Fusion and it now works.  It seems mid edit an update at the Fusion end kicked in to limit my files to be readonly and max 10 editable.  Upon reopening the readonly was shown and folder in top right corner updated.  Now I have opted for the project to be editable the pipe function is working as normal.
