I am unable to login and use my app for past 2 weeks and have asked this question thrice.

I have checked my date and time and synced it.

I have reinstalled the software

I have successfully logged into online autodesk fusion.

I have deleted that web service file in local data

@sythxx Looks like you have tried all the usual suspects. Can you please post what error you get? Are you on a Mac or Windows?

I’m on windows platform and the message which is getting displayed is “ eroe logging into fusion 360”  after entering the credentials. After that login window comes again

Please check your firewall. I had this exact problem just now, and did what you did too (except I didn't reinstall), and since I couldn't find anything but your post I started to look elsewhere. For me it was my firewall that for some reason had started blocking Fusion360. I am not sure why..

Can you please get log files from 2 locations that might help us understand what is happening?

1. Go to C:/Users/USER ID/AppData/Local/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/ Look for a unique folder folder with about 14-16 characters/In here you will see a logs folder

2. Go to C:/Users/USER ID/AppData/Local/Autodesk/Web Services/ In here you will see a logs folder

if you can attach both these log folders that would help!

I see that you already deleted the Web services folder and tried to login. One thing that you can try is to login to the Fusion team using your credentials - myhub.autodesk360.com (This will eliminate that there is no accounts issues).

I have logged in into the online fusion team so there's no issue with the account.

Here are the log files

Thank you for posting the logs. It did show where the issue could be. Here are a couple of things if you can try (Make sure that the application is closed at this time)

1. C:/users/USER ID/AppData/Roaming/Autodesk - Delete Folders "Neutron Platform" & "Autodesk Fusion 360"

2. C:/users/USER ID/AppData/LOCAL/Autodesk - Delete Folders "Neutron Platform" & "Autodesk Fusion 360"

Now start Fusion 360  and login. This should help you sign-in successfully. (IN case it does not then please attache the Applog file once more. This will contain the information if we see anything different)
