Unable to locate Create Form (sculpt) mode

• Doesn't appear on Model drop-down menu

• Cant find "Create Form" under Create drop-down menu.

Is there a add-in feature for this that I can add this tool while software already installed? or it is already installed and should I look somewhere else? Thanks.

Do you have the timeline enabled? If there's no timeline at the bottom of the screen you have access to the Form workspace all the time, you only need create form with history enabled. If this doesn't help can you attach a screengrab.
