Unable to join properly

I downloaded a fusion 360 file of an Arduino nano. To join it to my other component, at first I selected all the bodies of that Arduino nano and used the *combine body* command and it worked. But when I try to join it to another component, only one body of the nano gets selected, not all the bodies. I have used the *rigid group* command too. But, it wasn't helpful.

I'm attaching the screenshot below. I want to join the whole component of right side to the face of the left side. But when I click join, only some portion of the component of the right side gets selected.
