Unable to interfere with display position

Hi everyone, the tool library screen remained above the screen and I can't pull it down, how to fix it.

Can you try using File -> View -> Reset to Default layout?

thanks for the reply but unfortunately did not work, still in the same way

edit: delete and reinstall.. I was able to solve it this way, thanks
