Unable to install

Hi, i'm unable to install any Autodesk software. It shows the "preparing" windows (as you can see in the pic) and then it disappears without any log in %TEMP%.

Tried everything you can find the web googling the symptoms.

Any hint? thanks

@antonio.espositocod @I assume you are experiencing the same with Fusion 360 install as well. 

To start with can you please check if there are any pending OS updates for your machine and be up to date there to see if that makes a difference ? 

I also assume you had restarted your machine to make sure there are no other installer running in the back ground.

Hi, the problem solved itself overnight, probably some pending action was on as you said. Thanks Rajkumar
