unable to install fusion 360

Hello sir,

I've been trying to install the software but it keeps giving the same pop-up again and again

i've tried to search for a solution on your website but your website fails to help me in my issue.

so i'm posting my issue here

please do provide help in my case.

Thanks for posting! Have you tried following the steps in this article here? This error can be caused by Remnants of previous Fusion 360 install attempts on the computer.

Please accept as solution if my post fully resolves your issue, or reply with additional details if the problem persists. If you still cannot install Fusion, can you please post your log files here as well.

Hello there,

i had posted a complaint about the same issue yesterday and julia.paganucci had provided assistance to my issue but it did not help me out i'm still facing the same issue as earlier i would be very glad full  if you provide me with another alternative as i've already tried the previous one.

Hi @Anonymous , 

It looks like this install error could be caused by a proxy. Follow the directions here for How to configure proxy server and firewall for Fusion and here are the Ports and Domains required by Fusion 360.
