Unable to get Personal Use version

I have used the 30-day trial, and now the Fusion 360 software on my laptop is Read-Only.  I would like to use the Personal Use version, but can't getting it running for me.  I've had a query (https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-support/unable-to-download-or-access-personal-use-version/...) which resulted in me downloading the software again - but it still comes up as Read-Only.  I think the problem is the status of my Autodesk account.  How does this get updated?  Thanks.

I know you did not purchase Fusion 360, as the web page is talking about, but it is the same situation.  Follow the web article closely and it will update your log in status.

Thanks, I followed the instructions, but I'm afraid it hasn't helped.  The title of my window says "Autodesk Fusion 360 (Expired Subscription - Read Only)" and the top right tab says "Expired: Subscribe Now".

Still no luck with this?  Are they getting rid of personal use licences once they expire?
