Unable to get past fetching your results in simulation results

The simulation study show solved a day ago and the left side of the results screen was showing safety factor, but the rest is stuck at "fetching your results" for hours. Cannot open solver data either.

Can you please attach designs that you've completed in Fusion?

Please export your design as a *.f3d/*.f3z file to your local drive and then attach it to your reply.
