unable to finish the profile to the front

Hi folks, looks good until the finish pass, im unable to get it to finish to the front of the model. it stops at top of the radius. i can get it to go passed a bit but thats it. Maybe i need a line here? how would i connect it? please sss first tool #5 groove thanx
