unable to enable timeline

how to anable timeline. i tried by capture history and reset layouts but no use. its not working.

Hi,

Capture history enables the timeline.

If it is still not there, it may be because the display is shifted (current problem).
Switch (several times) from full screen mode to Windows mode.
