Unable to download free trial

I have been using Fusion 360 for hobbyists (via instructables) for many months, but due to a hard drive failure, I’ve had to rebuild my software library.  

Move tried to re-download the trial version of Fusion360 . Even got the link via e-mail 

but the website stops me with “its available in your account”. But there is nothing. All links take me back to the ”it’s in your account “ msg

What am I going wrong?

Hi all,

This is an old thread - direct links to install Fusion should no longer be necessary. If you already have a subscription (personal, commercial, or startup), you can download Fusion through the "Manage" site.

To download Fusion, sign in and navigate to the "products" section of manage.autodesk.com, Search for "Fusion" then click "Download".
