Unable to delete plugin features when no longer subscribed to plugin.

I trialled the nesting feature, and it currently doesn't support what I want from it.

I would like to continue using the model I attempted it in, but the nesting study is unable to be deleted without resubscribing to the plugin.

Any chance this could be changed?
