Unable to delete files because "being use"

Guys, I am trying to delete a file which shows that is "being used by (guess what) me", but i am not logged in fusion and the software is not open into any computer.

This issue i am experiencing for at leats 2 months and is quite frustrating. Can you please help me with this?

I had this same issue on my Mac. I just closed any open models, quite Fusion and restarted, and then I could delete the "non-cooperative" file.

Another thing you can try, make sure all uploads are complete. Clear the user cache then open and save the problem design close design wait for save to complete, close Fusion then see if you can delete the design in A360.

Clearing the cache will delete any uncompleted uploads so be careful.
