Unable to create new project - Usage Limits Exceeded

Hi,

A few weeks ago I registered for a free hobbyist license for Fusion 360. Currently I am unable to create new projects.

I tried waiting more than 24 hours and creating a new project on the Fusion 360 hub web page.
