Unable to convert Read-only to Editable

I recently switched from Windows to Mac running Fusion 360. Everything is working except I am not able to convert read-only files back to editable. Has the policy changed? For personal use licenses, can we no longer change files back to editable, or is it an artifact of the Mac implementation?

Never mind. I was able to answer the question buy closing my Mac Fusion session and open it on a Windows computer. On Windows I was able to change a read-only file to editable.
