I was running a free evaluation license before I realised I was eligible for an educational license.
According to the education portal my educational access to autodesk products is valid through October 20,2021
When the evaluation licenses expired I tried to activate the educational license login in with my Autodesk account, but I never got a license.
All the Autodesk education products utilize a subscription (email login) model for software access. But it's not working for me.
I uninstalled the software, re-downloaded the installation file from the Educational portal and re-install it, but without success.
How must I proceed?
