Unable to change name of sketch

Clicking twice on a sketch in the browser is supposed to make the sketch's name editable. But as you can see here clicking twice on it doesn't allow me to change the name:

Not often but does happen every now and then.

One click should make it look like this:

Two clicks should make it look like this:

But it never turns blue:

Did you watch the video in my OP? The item in the browser never turns blue. 

It's a slow double click not a quick double click:

This is the expected behavior [if you pay close attention the below video actually shows another bug as well. When an item in the browser is selected: Clicking on the canvas should unselect the item in the browser. But there's once in the below video where that's not the case. It's pretty reproducible, happens all the time, just did it again now, I'm sure Autodesk is aware they just don't care about basic functionality]:
