Unable to cancel subscription under Digital River Ireland, Ltd.

I want to cancel my auto renewal Fusion subscription but I am not able to manage my subscription for Fusion in the Subscriptions and Contracts, the page just never load. After contact with live chat, I just got respond of "I checked this issue with my team, as it was purchased from Digital River and this is currently in transition state, and it will not renew as well. So, we can't be able to cancel this license. "

 

As a cloud focus software, their website is super slow 😡 What's wrong with Fusion now?

@neoqijian If you have a case ID on this can you please post that here? I can try to follow up on what is happening? 

When you mention that sub and contract page never loads, does it error out? Have you third to login to that page from any other network?

I just got reply from the support:

"Hello Neo, Thanks for the quick revert. As it's in transition state we can't be able to change it, but it will not auto-renew I'm pretty sure. This information we got from our internal team. SO, please don't worry and it will not auto-renew. Thanks! Best regards, Aravind Autodesk Client Services"

 

The case number is 24273007, and the case is closed. 

 

Hope it really don't charge me again on the date, starting to lost trust on Fusion 😐
