Unable to Access My Account, It says it was Deleted

I tried to get into my Fusion360 account and it says that my account has been deleted. First, I don't know why my account was deleted without warning me. Second, I don't know how to access my files. Has anyone had a similar experience? Is there a way to reach a "live" person from Autodesk to discuss this issue? Thanks in advance for any help and/or support.
