UI bug - delete sketch in timeline

When i am in sketch editing mode and right-click on sketch icon in timeline, the menu appears and in this menu is one option "Delete". After click on this option nothing happend. First i must click on "Finish Sketch" and then i can delete choosen sketch. If there is no possible delete whole sketch in editing mode, why the "delete" appear in the menu? It is a bug?

@harabis , yes I guess you could say this is a bug.  The important thing is that we do not allow you to delete the sketch you are actively working on, but I agree that command should be disabled for the active sketch.
