Two fusion licences different display resolution on the same settings

Hi, We've just added a second fusion licence  and connected it to our original one with a fusion hub, but the second licence doesn't display at the same resolution. I have taken screenshots of the settings from the original licence and made sure they are exactly the same on the second licence. But when I open up the same project on the same PC but on the new licence, everything is displayed very pixelated. It's not just the model that is pixelated, also the little orbit box in the top right-hand side of the screen is pixelated. It's like the whole application is running at a lower resolution, but I can't find any place to change it.

Does anyone have any ideas what the cause could be?

thanks

Welcome!  Would you be able to share some screen shots to display the differences you are seeing?

Thanks, I've attached a couple of screenshots of the same project from the same angle and you can see in one that the edges of the models are much more pixelated and rough than the other.

One other thing I've just noticed, which may or may not help, is that sketches seem to be displaying fine in both versions, nice and smooth curves. It seems to be the edges of the 3d models which are not displaying properly.

thanks for the help

On the View/Navigation toolbar in the bottom center of the canvas, please click the Display Settings icon (the monitor), go to Effects, and confirm if Anti-Aliasing is enabled for both accounts.
