TURN PROFILE NOT ALLOWING AXIAL GROOVE

I'm having issues getting the program to clean this little undercut. I'm wanting to use a MVLN holder. I cant get it to work w/ grooving or turning profile. Axial grooving is enabled but it wont go in there.

Dims: large Ø1.65 small Ø1.42 all R .039, depth from top face to valley is .085. there is a .005 flat at the valley.

Any help would be appreciated.
