Trying to use Logitech M720 Mouse in Fusion

I just purchased a new Logitech M720 mouse and have set it up for my computer and my general workflow (the hyperactive scroll wheel is another story though). I tried to set it up differently for use in Fusion but it won't work the way I set it up. I create a new program profile for Fusion but nonetheless it's still uses the profile for "All Applications." Does anyone have any insight into how I can successfully set it up for Fusion?
