Trying to move designs; can't find 'get latest'

Like many another user, I started using F360 by adding stuff to "My First Project". I've not got several "projects" -- some for home maintenance, others for stuff involving small boats, others for things involving work. I'd like to move items from "My First Project" to these other projects, where they belong.
When I try to do so, I see this:
which is a move dialog that would let me move my work around within my first project; what I'm hoping to see is this:
a move-dialog that lets me move things to different projects. From reading this answer, I believe that the thing I'm trying to move refers to other items, and that by doing a sequence of things that starts with "Get Latest" I may be able to break these dependecies. Mostly the dependencies are from manufacturing, where things depend on about 8 different copies of a Tormach mill, because I couldn't figure out how to make references to just one. I'd be happy to throw out all of the manufacturing stuff; the modeling is what I really need to save.
Here's my problem: the icon-menu at the top of the window looks like this:
,
which doesn't have the "get latest" icon shown in the linked "solution". Is there some way to add it? Has it moved since that answer was written? Under the "File" part there's a greyed-out "Save as Latest..." choice, but that doesn't feel like the same thing at all.
I'd welcome any suggestions.
