Trying to login to Fusion does not open a browser page

Hello,
When opening Fusion and pressing the button to login, no web page opens.
I've tried solutions provided by support bot with some found online:
- changing the default browser
- restarting my PC
- reinstalling Fusion
- uninstalling every Autodesk app on my PC before reinstalling necessary ones (along with Fusion)
- checking firewall and antivirus
- reinstalling Autodesk Identity Manager
- checking for presence of AdskAccessCore.exe
- disabling "run as Administrator"
- checking registry for any related folders/values in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options (none related found)
- reinstalling WebView2
