Trouble with Startup licence activation

A week ago I was approved for a startup licence of Fusion 360, and I am gratefull for that. Hoewer my acount wont show the licence, and thus I cant use it.
I have mailed customer service for a week, but they have not been able to help, and the communication has mainly been "we will fix it now" and then nothging ever happens (20 mails by now). I have been on the the phone with the with the same result so I am a bit stumped. (I almost feel like CS is a hindrance to fix my issue rather then helpfull).
Anyone has had similar issues and resolved them? In that case how?
