Trouble Rounding Edges

Hey All, Ive been trying to make a stem for a flower in fusion for the last 2 days but I cant seem to find a way to round the body I made. would appreciate y'all help!

There are two objects in the file. Which one do you want rounded ?

I assume #1, but please verify.

Also, how much rounded do you want is to be, e.g  what size fillet would you want on it  ?

Yes Object one, its less about how much I want to round it and More about Learning how to round it period.

I did not "round it". I remodeled it using T-Splines.

I might be able to create a screen recording  later.
