Trouble Constraining Arc and Spline together.

Hello, I'm struggling to get my splines and arcs constrained. I've tried constraining the handles but I'm having no luck. Any help you have on constraining my arcs and splines would be much appreciated.

I did not see any arcs?

Oh wait a minute, now I see that it is an arc and a spline.

Is there a logical reason that you are not dimensioning your geometry?
