Trim operation not working

I'm very new to fusion. I'm learning sketching. Now I trying to trim two intersecting line but figured out it is not happening. Why so?

There are 2 ways to delete a sketch element.

1. erase

2. trim

1. Erase means, you delete entire element.

2. Trim means, you delete the sketch element's one portion with respect to another element.

Here, One line is intersecting another. For this, one line's one portion can be trimmed to where another line's intersection point is located.

But for your reference

Lines are intersecting but by end points. So, either you delete the entire line or you have no other option. For that we use erase (simply select and press delete button on keyboard).

i could not cut the intersected elements

can't tell for sure without the model, but it looks like not all those circles are in the same sketch.  Trim will only work within a single sketch.  If you share the model, I can take a look.
