Tried to update, kept receiving Python script error prompts, uninstalled and now I get error 404 upon install attempt

Yesterday an update appeared for fusion so I attempted to install it, but kept getting a python script error. I discussed the issue with CS, but we were unable to figure out the issue. After ending communication (waiting for further emails) I decided to try a fresh uninstall and install.

I am now having a similar issue to when I first installed Fusion about a month ago and the install only gets about 15% before backtracking and failing (most recent logs attached). Before, the issue resolved itself and was some other #, now the error is a 404 error and does not seem to have a self solve eminent.

As well before uninstalling my workspace would show a "you need to update fusion 360" banner and occasionally offer said update in the notifications tab in the top right. After a finished download the python error would appear as well as after an attempted restart of fusion using the "update downloaded, time to restart fusion" button that would appear.

I can't think of anything else that may cause this, but will list possibly useful information below.

Info to know:

I am running my desktop on a 100mb download 200+ mb upload wifi connection with 2 ping.

I have solidworks installed as well (if that matters)

Until a few days ago i was running on a free trial, and am now on a paid subscription

On a second account on another computer I have a education license with no issues

I have restarted my PC and wiped all Autodesk files several times

@Anonymous I see this in your logs:

SSL: DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC.

If you search for this in the forums there are plenty of posts on customers hitting this and many solved it by simple restart of machines, switching from wifi to connected etc. There is also a article in which you can try option #2 of clearing internet browser cache.

Unfortunately I've tried all of those options as well, still no luck. I wish I could get a wired connection, but that's not an option right now.

@Anonymous Our team took a look at the logs and we see that the needed packages are failing to download because of internet connections. Is it possible to see if you can connect to any other wifi and see if that works? Is there a possibility you can hotspot into a mobile connectivity to see if it helps? Reseting your router could be an option? I am trying to think of ways where we can try the download with another internet connection to see if that does the download or not.

I've tried using a hotspot, but my computer is not accepting that as a valid internet source. I did however know that my wifi card was having trouble, so I'm getting a new one. If I find another solution before that I will reply here again.

As well I did reset my card, but do not have access to the router itself.

So ther issue ended up being with my wifi adapter. I upgradeed to a wifi-6 adapter and everything worked first try. Not a single issue. Thank you all for your help. I discussed this with a call in tech as well, so I belive the erro/ particular situation is no known and documented.
