Tried all other solutions for "Your rendering could not be rendered because an error occurred. DELETE RENDERING"

Hello!

I am having trouble rendering a motion study in the cloud. The model would render perfectly fine until early next week, and suddenly (without altering the model as far as I know) the cloud renderer refused my model. The renders will start and give a orange triangle with ! after 30 min - 2 hours (or more). I render 854x480 at standard quality. I tried all possible solutions mentioned in other posts, including:

  • Checked all materials and decals (all well below 8MB)
  • Reverted back to the file version that would render previously. This file fails as well.
  • Checked all linked files if they would render individually (they do)
  • Converted all meshes to Breps or T-body splines
  • Rendering without linked meshes visible.
  • I downloaded the .f3z imported again
  • Render an empty viewport (all objects are hidden)
  • Fixed all warnings and error in the timeline

Occasionally a render will succes, like one in every 30-40 attempts. On the next try it fails again. When downloaded, the file including all links is ±100MB. Other files render perfectly fine in the cloud.

I'm running Fusion 2.0.9849
Active Plan: Fusion 360, Student
macOS 10.16.0

The weirdest part of this story is that even when I revert to a version that was saved for cloud rendering and resulted in a good render, the file won't render now.

Hope anyone can help!

Kind regards,

Koen

Hi @koenk , would you please share your account ID and the name of failed designs to us, then @yuejuan.dong will help to check the log of error in backend service. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing the design model to us. The cloud rendering error can be recreated with it. I've created a ticket FUS-79674 to track.

Sally

Thanks! Do you possibly already have a solution? How do I use this ticket?

Hi Koen,

I'm sorry that I don't have any workaround to get rid of this error in your design model. It needs to be addressed by the corresponding development team. The ticket ID is only for us to track the status. You may try to render the single design or simplify the original one to see if the cloud rendering works.

Regards,
Sally
