Tool path will not generate.

I am new to fusion 360. I have generated numerous tool path successfully till my most recent project. I am running a tool path for a plasma cutting. When I run the the tool path it stops at 98.3% and will not complete the process. 

My computer is a 10 th generation I7 Quad core processor with 20 MB of RAM, 1 TB SSD, running a Intel Iris graphics card. all drivers are up to date. 

I am not sure if this is a design issue or a settings issue. I have tried to change tolerance without success.  I have attached my file to the post

I was able to generate it, but it took a 5 minutes or so. So, it's a tough one.  Even at your .04 Tolerance. : ) I bumped it back up to .oo1 At 98.3% it started working on the linking passes. You might open the the Task manager under the "Manage" pull down menu next to the "Actions tab", just to see what the log info says. It it Fails... It should give a reason.

I wish I had a reason for you.
