Tool path for tubing, keeps machining empty space.

I just can't figure out how to get a tool path to machine the tube only.   It machines all open space instead of recognizing where the stock is.

Hi @SHOP-FLOOR, You are very close and it took me a bit to find the answer. Basically, Rest machining is on but you need to check reduce air cutting. Also stock contours should be turned of or unchecked as that interferes with what rest is looking at.

exactly what I was looking for.   Thank you very much.  I fought with this for 3 hours and I knew I had to be missing something.     It dropped the time from 32 down to 23 mins.   much better for now.
