Tool Library

I tried to open up my tool library today and nothing comes up. It opens a box but it is blank, no libraries, no drop down list...a blank page. I went to other projects and get the same thing. I believe they still must be there because in all of the projects that have been programmed in CAM the tools still show and operate. I just can't get anything to come up in the window.

I figured it out...sort of. I went into preferences and switched back to the old tool library. That brought back my libraries, but it doesn't solve the problem of why the new library suddenly went blank.
