Tool Library Not Loading

Hello All,

My tool library has recently stopped loading, when the tool library is called up it acts as the window loads but nothing comes up and the only way to do anything is hit the escape button so it closes the window.  I have reinstalled fusion 360, updated my graphics card drives, and tried to load and unload the libraries in the background (if the library file was corrupted) with no luck.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?
