Hello Fusion team,

Something is not right with the tool library. Every time I'm selecting a tool or just working in the library Fusion crashes.

If there is any information you guys need please let me know.

Thanks

Mac or PC?
Do you have any non-ascii characters in your username or your tool names?
Any tool selection? Any file?

Is this the new tool library or the old one that you can still access through User Preferences?

A PC, all ascii characters, all the files, all tools, copying tools, editing tools, etc. I'm not a system engineer but seems to me something is not working with the library in general.

When it crashes, does it give you an option to submit a bug report?

Do you have any files open when it crashes, or will it do it on a blank document?
When you go into the library, how long thereafter before it crashes? Can you select any tools? Does it crash when you select a certain tool or library of tools?

Hey Seth,

I reported probably 10 of the 300 crashes. I just don't want to drive you guys crazy.

Crashes with any open file or blank document. Crashes when I pick a tool from samples, cloud etc. Not sure if the crash is when I click on the tool or when I click SELECT. I'll let you know if I can find that out. It's a problem with this new library, with the old one I never had an issue. I guess this is just a coincidence but after a crash I open the app again and hadn't have problems selecting a tool. I would say that the crashes are 90% of the times when the library is open.

I don't know if this helps because everybody is working remotely, but I live a couple of blocks away from Pier 9 in SF and don't mind to stop by the office and probably one of the engineers can take a look to my computer and find out what is going on.

Let me know if you have any question.

Thanks
