Tool cuts wrong in spite of my best efforts to enter it into library

Hi,

I got a new CNC end mill (link below) a tapered ballnose bit.

I have been cutting 45-degree chamfers around the outside of speaker holes.

I have successfully used Fusion CAM/Manufacture to create tool paths and cut them perfectly, EXCEPT for the fact that the flat end mill and two separate 45-degree chamfer end mills all leave deep grooves at every pass.  (It's obvious to me why a flat end mill leaves grooves on a chamfer, but the chamfer bits leaving grooves confuses me.  My CNC is not large so I don't want to gut the entire chamfer in one pass.)

So in the effort to get a smooth chamfer I ordered this exact end mill at the link:

https://www.amazon.com/SpeTool-Tungsten-Carbide-Tapered-Woodworking/dp/B075RZCHKY

But, in spite of making the tool paths in the exact same way which works as intended (besides the grooves) with all the other bits I have:

The tapered ball endmill cuts all wrong.  It starts in the wrong place and ends in the wrong place.  This in spite of using the exact same setup with same axis and zero point and everything.

In fact, after it cuts wrong I went back to CAM and simply changed only the tool to a previous bit I've used, and when changing only the tool and nothing else it cuts perfectly correct again.  So I know it's not my CNC or my model or my gcode, because it works perfect with other end mills immediately after cutting wrong with the tapered ball.

The only info the manufacturer gives is that it is R2.0mm(radius yes?), and 2.2degrees taper (and 1/4" shank).  That SEEMS to me like it should be plenty of info for Fusion?  I have it entered as radius 2mm and 2.2degrees taper, and it's not ever cutting with more than the most end of the bit, so I don't understand how I could have gotten it entered wrong?

I'll put images and model file below...

Any ideas please?

If the link to the tool is correct, you are using the wrong dimensions in the cutter specifications.  The end radius is not 2mm and the taper angle is not 2.2 degrees.  Maybe this is your issue.
